Medical Examinations
- If an employer requires a medical examination of an employee, a copy of the examination must be given to the employee upon request. (M.G.L.c. 149, s. 19A)
- If an employer requires a medial examination and designates the physician who should perform the examination, the employer must pay for the examination. (M.G.L.c. 149, s. 159B)
